Lingle's Crimes Against Hawaiians

• Lingle has not appointed anyone of professional caliber to oversee Hawaiian cultural sites, new and old finds, and burials.
  
  
• Lingle has appointed nonHawaiians who are actively hostile to Hawaiian interests to boards overseeing Hawaiian affairs.
  
  
• Lingle has sold out the paddlers to the Superferry and cruise ships. She has participated in closing off large portions of traditional paddling, fishing and surfing areas to the public and to practitioners of Hawaiian culture.
  
  
• Lingle has bypassed environmental studies for her pet projects, endangering Hawaiian cultural sites and uses.
  
  
• Lingle has encouraged and supported the military in taking over ceded and public lands. The most recent example of military contractors attacking a citizen filming our youth surfing at the public Mana beach on Kaua'i and ordering them to leave the public beach can be seen below:
